• 2 bunches of radishes
  • handful of carrots
  • 2 jalapenos
  • handful chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup distilled Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar


Bring sugar and vinegar to a slow boil.  Whisk until all sugar is dissolved.  Store in refrigerator to bring it to room temperature.

Once cool add liquid to your mix of veggies, jalapenos, cilantro and salt.  Combine.  Store in the fridge and eat over the next couple of weeks.
